mParticle is defining the next wave of customer data platform for an era of mobile computing and cloud software abundance. As Chief Marketing Officer, I lead the strategy, design, implementation, and optimization of cross-company growth initiatives. I'm excited to be helping educate and inspire fellow marketers how to overcome fragmented data and processes and win in their customers' moments of truth.Prior to this role, I spent 15+ years in various roles at the intersection of marketing and technology. These included:* Marketing Management & Digital Transformation: As part of WPP's three-year marketing management rotation program, I coordinating strategy and service delivery for global, multi-disciplinary clients. After completing the rotations, I spent five years at the WPP parent company in change leadership positions accelerating digital transformation and integration across WPP operating companies. During this period, digital revenues grew from 22% to 36% of the group's total, exceeding the targets set by the CEO and Board.* Business Development: As part of WPP's digital transformation, I developed global partnerships with Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Adobe and championed WPP Digital venture investments in marketing technology companies, most notably Buddy Media and Omniture, generating more than $100M net gains in fewer than five years.* Business Operations: Led Lerer-Hippeau-backed RebelMouse's transformation from a free/freemium social media app into an enterprise software business (building the operating model and winning blue chip reference customers including GE, Viacom, United Airlines, and Coca Cola).* Corporate Governance / Boards: Held more than a dozen Board positions. These included two non profits in the New York City area, as well as venture-backed startups in the media, advertising, marketing services, and marketing technology sectors. While not a current focus, it's something I've enjoyed and look forward to doing again one day.
