Description Experienced Marketing Manager driving demand generation programs across multiple platforms. Also experienced in marketing communications, event planning and public relations. Responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase company visibility and generate qualified leads. Assist in creating meaningful database segmentation and ensuring tailored messages are created for targeted audiences across specific market segments, industries and titles/roles. Work closely with agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams to track, monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and results. Responsibilities •Manage all aspects of campaign creativity through program lifecycle, test design and creation, quality assurance and implementation of automated/scheduled emails, including landing pages and in-product messaging. •Write campaign landing pages and email copy. •Leverage tools to accurately measure and report on effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. •Manage relationships with third-party vendors. •Coordinate marketing programs in the respective regions to support the Sales Organization. Skills •Experienced in marketing with strong emphasis on direct marketing and customer reference program development. •Experienced with setting KPIs for email campaigns and content while measuring the ROI, trial conversions and reporting. •Strong project management skills and ability to perform in fast-paced and high-energy environments. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategic plans with clear financial/quantitative metrics detailed. •Superior cross-functional communication and negotiation skills. •Solid track record for meeting goals and objectives -- time based, budget based, etc. Specialties: Experience with HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce.com; proficient in Windows 2007 OS and Microsoft Office Suite 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Microsoft Office Projects.
