Louise is a senior leader/executive with 2 years proven experience at Board Level gained within the Independent Co-operative Society sector, seeking Non-Executive Director positions. An experienced and successful Chartered Accountant who has worked in a range of business sectors (Food and Travel Retail, Manufacturing and Public Sector Organisations) as a senior finance professional for over 25 years. She has recently retired from her Executive role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a well-known food retailer and funeral provider, where she led the business as part of a small Executive team. As CFO Louise operated at Board level as an Executive and provided strategic leadership to the Directors of the finance, HR, business intelligence, shared services and risk teams. She has non-executive Board level experience herself, currently Senior Independent non-Executive Director of Triathlon England and in the past she has been a Pension Trustee, School Governor and Non-Executive Director of BCRS Business Loans. She has an energetic approach to leadership, excellent strategic vision and has experience of risk and governance frameworks.
