My journey in HR started at the heart of of a medium-sized team where I supported multiple functions ranging from recruitment to internal movements, while I also engaged with employees as the voice of our team. I found HR operations exciting and thrive on the sense of accomplishment when I am able to engage internal stakeholders to improve a shared process. While I never fully left HR operations, I also developed a passion for Benefits and Compensation, programs that I believe set the foundation for strong employee engagement. My role today revolves around operations escalations and continuous process improvement, paired with functional accountability for our Benefits and Compensation programs. Throughout my career I am known to grow and expand every role & program I'm assigned. My colleagues describe me as highly accountable, collaborative, and a problem-solver. I simply describe myself as "lucky" to have found a role where I can marry all of my passions to make a difference to the employee experience.
