About me: Recruiting tech nerd turned HR leader with a passion for optimizing the people and recruiting function with tools, programs, and process. Sounds boring? To me it's what gets me up in the morning. Enabling & inspiring my People/Recruiting team to keep the human in HR, is the most rewarding work to me. Add in partnering with the business to help us reach new milestones every day? This must be the best job in the world. How I operate: I enjoy taking a consultative approach and using creative problem solving skills to be an innovative and effective People leader and partner to the business. To me it's imperative to adapt quickly in order to become an expert and get things done. My goal is to create solutions that provide strategic direction and value, and improve the lives of our workforce and the talent we're trying to hire. What I'm most passionate about: Progressive HR technologies & operations, systems-at-scale thinking, organizational design, and partnering with executive stakeholders. I also care deeply about DEIB and require this to be woven in the fabric of our people I thrive in building organizations and environments in hyper growth and ambiguity. I want to go home every day feeling my impact to my organization’s strategy and culture was powerful, positive, and takes us to the next level.
