I have over 20 years' Customer Service in high volume call centers. I have written the documentation for ISO certification for two of my employers, to include writing SOPs. I have worked extensively as part of Sales Support as well as cross-selling and upselling. I have received company certifications in Salesforce and SAP. I have a working knowledge of Slack, Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I work well with team members and/or independently. I have processed credits, processed invoices, provided website navigation assistance and researched & processed freight claims. I spent 5 years working with Accounts Receivable at an IT company resolving bill quality issues and reaching out to vendors as needed to resolve the billing issues, as well as contract negotiation and quoting. I have worked remotely for 1.5 years for a high-volume call center in the past and have worked remotely since March 2020 for CCR and then VWR International. I have also operated a multi-line switchboard in the past for Starkey Laboratories in MN. My most recent position has been as caregiver for a family member helping in all aspects of day-to-day living. I have a knack for dealing well with customers internally as well as externally in a professional and positive manner.
