Mr professional experiences include 20 years of kitchen and bath renovations. I have installed over 600 kitchens and baths from large jobs to just cosmetic changes. Thanks to the knowledge I've acquired I have been able to design my projects as well. It is essential to know what can or cannot be done when trying to create a kitchen and/or bath that will fit the needs of your customer. One motto that I live by is "Never, never, never, give up." I will not take "this cannot be done" as an answer and I will research every possibility to get what the customer wants done. I have been able to get work where other contractors said it could not be done and this has been the driving force of Wood-N-Dreams, Inc. I am also a Distributor for Send Out Cards. I was introduced to this system when I was trying to market Wood-N-Dreams. I go online to my website where I am able to create custom cards in a matter of minutes and have SOC print them, stuff them, stamp them and send them out without me ever touching them. The cards get printed in my own handwriting and with my own signature. I can also create custom cards by using my own photos or I have over 15,000 cards to choose from. The great thing is that I can do a card now, when I'm thinking of it, and have it sent out on a specific date up to 4 years later. Each card costs me less than $2 and it's a way to create client retention and referrals as well as keeping in touch. I now use it for thank you cards for Wood-N-Dreams where I send a photo card with the client's project on the front and then before and after shots on the inside.
