My passion is helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Whether working with associates at Capital City Bank – the BEST place to work, freelancing for other businesses in our community, or serving as a volunteer with nonprofit organizations, I bring creativity, energy and fun. As a trainer, coach and performance consultant, I work with managers who want to improve the overall performance of their teams by creating a learning organization and a high performing culture. I believe the process begins with selecting the right people, then helping them build their skills, and giving them the tools they need to be successful. These, with the right culture, creates unmatched momentum. As the Director of StarUniversity I lead a team of performance consultants. We help managers through identifying needs and analyzing performance challenges. We make (and help implement) recommendations for improvement. Our projects come in all sizes. Small projects like creating a decision tree to help guide lenders through the appraisal process, and larger projects like creating training from scratch for a new bank wide software program. I love developing people and helping them recognize and realize their potential.
