Talented Leader with over 16 years of experience in too-big-to-fail broadcast and post production facilities across the US, Canada, and Europe. I currently serve as Manager of Media Operations Technology and lead Avid subject matter expert for the largest Broadcast and Post production facility in the United States. For well over a decade, I have been the go-to resource for Avid Escalations and “Code Blue” issues for Interplay & Shared Storage. My background in emergency response informs product development, and I pride myself in relationship management with my partners as well as elegant solutions that can ensure business continuity. I design and implement solutions for multiple workgroups and author support strategies focused on speed of service and resiliency within our 5-nines facility uptime targets.
