Rohan has been critical in educating the broader equity markets and financially supporting the company's growth strategy, including leading its A$1.3 billion equity raising (2021) and US$500m incremental term loan (2020) and other major capital projects. He has frequently been nominated for a number of Best Practice Investor Relations Awards, both in Australia and Asia, ranking #1 Best Investor Relations (Peter Lee Associates), three years in a row. Before joining Aristocrat, Rohan was GM, Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs at Caltex Australia Limited (Now Ampol). He was responsible for internal and external communication, government, charities / sponsorships and investor stakeholders. He was heavily involved in Caltex's restructure / cost-out programs, hybrid equity raising, led the $340m off-market buy-back, M&A and mgt. of Australia's (then) $2.9 billion largest block trade and capital mgt. review. He was appointed a Fellow of the Australasian Investor Relations Association for his services to the profession, and recognized as one of Australia’s first Certified Investor Relations Officers (CIRO), in 2021. Prior to leading investor relations efforts across ASX50 companies, Rohan was a leading Australian sell-side Industrial equities analyst, being consistently ranked as a market leading analyst across multiple sectors including #1 Basic Industrial Analyst, across a number of years. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (recently celebrating 25 years membership), previous AIRA board member and local Sydney preparatory school governor. Rohan is a current member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
