Worked my way from temporary roles within the travel industry up to my current role as Marketing Promotions Manager at British Airways Holidays. Starting with a temporary customer services role, then a direct customer facing reservations position, from there I was promoted into the role of Marketing Exec. A fully integrated role gave me the experience I needed to move on to where I am now at British Airways. My early experience was primarily working on direct mail campaigns, email, press advertising, inserts, online display. More latterly I have worked on Paid Search accounts, affiliate marketing and project based work such as growing BA Holidays personalised marketing strategy. I have also worked with PR agencies, media agencies and in budget control.
