Management of competing political and infrastructure demands with constrained resources. Senior stakeholder consultation, management, and reporting. Local government specialist, political interface, communication and collaboration. Develop business strategy and influence outcomes and provide vision Champion innovative technical field data capture solutions including RPAS (drone) operations and geospatial technology adoption. Champion process and business systems to effectively manage assets and resources
