Driven by an intense customer focus, I lead BrightView’s Customer Experience strategies to enhance our customer's journey with BrightView. Strategic responsibilities include customer journey mapping, building cross-functional solutions to enrich customers' lives, developing and launching an enterprise-wide customer satisfaction program that delivers actionable insights, enhancing and managing a world-class Customer Experience Center. Additional responsibilities include creating customer engagement models to drive improved communication, developing and delivering customer satisfaction training to nearly 2,000 BrightView account management and leadership team members.
