Current experience (6 years): Practice Manager, business & management consultant with Cooper Health Clinic, Cooper Dermatology Clinic and Cooper Nursery. Role is more admin related focusing on HRM, training, information & communication management, financial control and management, customer service, insurance, etc.|Comprehensive knowledge of setting-up medical businesses in Dubai. This includes strategizing the location, negotiating and acquiring facility, setting it up; which includes dealing with consultants, engineers, civil defense, design & interiors, DHA, DM, DED, MOL, human resources for medical and non-medical staff. A complete turn-key solution. Led the team that set-up Cooper Dermatology and was an integral part of setting-up Cooper Nursery within a space of 6 months between Feb - Aug 2011.|Recently, for the past year profile has included more negotiation skills in business and playing an important role to get the best out of a deal. Well versed with preparing due-diligence lists and corresponding with lawyers on a daily basis along with my core responsibilities of managing high-profile clinics, a nursery and a business consultancy unit.|More recently have spear-headed and presented the growth of Cooper Clinics with expansion plans to execute 3 branches in the next 2 years.|Manage a team of approximately 50 professionals from 8-10 different nationalities.
