Within these companies, I have successfully held a range of global, regional (Europe, Africa, North America) and in-market leadership positions. As a Senior Partner, I led consulting projects with a range of clients, including Walmart, Bacardi, SuccessFactors and Harry Winston. I have also experienced the world of start ups, creating a new company in 2010. I balance strong strategic capability with a pragmatic bias for action.
