We provide eLearning, IT Help Desk and comprehensive Student Lifecycle Management services that improve student engagement and accelerate learning. Our platform gives institutions an efficient, financially sustainable way to deliver services through the enrollment and learning process. Our goal is to build a better education experience for everyone by extending institutional resources to meet the growing demands of learners. As a training facilitator, I have accomplished a number of successful training groups with a dynamic program that has prepared a new hire and existing employee to succeed in their role, including a number of employees that I have mentored to play a key part of Blackboard's leadership. My goal as a training facilitator is not only to train new hires and cross train existing employees, but to identify potential leaders for the organization that will be the future faces of those making informative decisions that will impact Blackboard's direction and vision. Outside of training, I play a key role as the liaison between Account Management, Operations, Workforce Management, Advisors, Quality, Instructional Design Team and establishing communication between our 4 sites (Somerset, KY, Killeen, TX, Greenville, SC and Phoenix, AZ). My envision for the training program that I am currently responsible for is to include a training style where I am not lecturing to my employees, but to have them teach themselves by not encountering challenges with not being able to grasp the content, but showing them how to locate specific answers questions on interactions that they will commonly receive, and keep a repetition where it'll comfort the employee where the complex inquiries can be simplified at an advisor's leveling of education.
