Plastics professional with more than 20 years experience in operations and maintenance of various plastics processing systems. Extensive experience with both Production and Maintenance & Production Management, P&L responsibilities, developing capital plans, project management, expenditures, daily repair and maintenance costs. As well as purchasing inventory control, chemical control, maintenance of machines, building and grounds and all facets of plant operations and maintenance. Additionally, I have vast experience in personnel budgeting structure, staffing requirement and job classification development. Strengths lie in the achievement of goals through the use of effective programs and development of people. Excellent organization and management skills, contract evaluation, database management Microsoft office, windows 98/2000/NT/XP/Vista, blow molding processing for HDPE, PET and LDPE systems, Injection molding of PET and high-speed high-volume production maintenance management. Further skills include educational and practical experience with programmable logic controllers (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc), Statistical Process Control (SPC) establishment and use, involvement and management of DOE for new products and equipment, experience with lean manufacturing concepts, 5S quality control systems, installation and utilization of TPM systems, robotics experience (Fanuc & Husky robots) and the ability to read and utilize prints and drawing for mechanical, electrical and hydraulic applications.
