Bender has been in the plumbing, hvac, kitchen and bathroom fixtures' industry since 1946. We offer a variety of high quality products through wholesale and retail, such as faucets, sinks, tubs and showers, kitchen cabinets, tile and countertops. Customer satisfaction is our first priority and our goal is to provide our expert product knowledge and service to offer the highest quality products and integrated design solutions. It is our intent to exceed expectations through superior products, service and continued support.

With my positive attitude and being passionate I am able to help grow the business. I enjoy creating and helping perfect processes. During sales coaching I try to get the team to understand why customers should do business with Bender, it's not just about the product - but more why will they be better tomorrow with the product or service than they are today. I then listen to the team and let them help me, we have great communication with each other. The team everyday helps me grow to be a better manager. I have great leadership ability, work well under stress, and like of thought that all challenges bring opportunity. As a leader I realize "status-quo"​ is usually a bad thing, so the need to listen to employees about challenges and struggles is essential. I truly believe that if you take care of the small details the big picture will paint itself. Metrics and numbers are important, but sometimes we look at them all too often. When you teach your sales team to "Sell with a Noble Purpose"​ - the profits take care of themselves. Metrics should be the measured result, not the goal.
