Tanya has built her own business, Consolid8, from a small client base with 1 staff member in 2008 to business that has achieved over 500% growth and 25 staff, as well as incorporating an on-site child care for staff and clients. With a focus on innovation and technology, Consolid8 is a strong advocate for cloud based technology, winning Xero Accounting Partner of the Year in 2016. As an active member of CPA Australia, Tanya loves to give back to the organisation that has provided her with the ability to build an outstanding business. She is a regular speaker at CPA events and enjoys mentoring young accountants and public practitioners as they embark on their journey into public practice.Tanya is passionate about empowering women in business by improving their financial literacy through the Acceler8 Business Improvement Program.
