I have the honor of leading Bastian Solutions' marketing department where I oversee the development and execution of the organization's go-to-market strategy and annual marketing plans, goals, and budget. Being a part of a global engineering firm, we have a large portfolio of products, services, and locations to support; thus, I have the opportunity of leading and working with a talented marketing team on many different strategic objectives. These range from customer experience and market research to product marketing and brand management, thought leadership and content creation to demand generation campaigns. I also oversee marketing communications (internal and external), media relations and trade show execution.
