Children hold the key to our future. Our responsibility as adults is to provide children with a safe and secure environment to learn and explore. As an educator, I strongly believe in parental participation beyond the home. I think it's extremely beneficial for caretakers to partner with administrative leaders and help carry lessons from school to home. In addition, teachers and coaches should collaborate to provide the best ideas to facilitate learning in numerous academic and extracurricular settings. Lastly, it's the role of a leader to provide vision, show support, and develop empathy for all members of a school community.
