I’m responsible for the experience that consumers have when finding their next car on Auto Trader, a FTSE 100 company that is one of the most popular websites in the UK; 76% of the time spent on automotive classified sites is spent on Auto Trader, with 49.1m cross platform visits each month. I'm privileged to be on the Operational Leadership Team, leading talented product, technology and design teams who work within the fantastic organisational culture that we’ve created. With a PhD in Human Factors and a passion for making things better through great product and service design, I’ve worked in technology and digital businesses across sectors with a consistent theme of improving the customer experience; creating delightful products and effortless services that drive measurable, commercial results. Unafraid to challenge the status quo, I bring creative design thinking to problem solving and growth opportunities. I have significant product, UX, lean and agile experience; I co-wrote the book “Agile Experience Design”. Commercially focussed, I have worked with start-ups and on executive teams, championing innovation, culture, agile, digital, product management and customer experience.
