My industry expertise is Manufacturing (industrial goods & services, auto, aero), Defense (OEMs, MoD), Healthcare (range of NHS organizations), and IT services. My performance improvement skillset includes: transformation program design and delivery, operating model redesign, Lean transformation, operational excellence, whole systems redesign, cost reduction, turnaround, capability building. My technology skillset includes: data acquisition and pipeline management, IoT, advanced analytics including AI/ML, RPA, edge/cloud hybrid models, connected products and solutions, digital twin. My functional expertise includes: •Manufacturing: end-to-end value chain and I4.0: design, PLM, smart manufacturing and supply chain, asset management, aftermarket support including connected business models •Defense: manufacturing value chain and I4.0; through life support chains for military assets (air, land, sea), repair loop optimization, inventory management, contracting for availability •Healthcare: patient pathway redesign, emergency dept redesign, whole system of urgent care redesign, whole healthcare system redesign, ambulance service transformation, hospital transformation and improvement programs •IT services: turnaround, performance improvement and growth of consulting and IT services business units in UK, Europe and US. M&A experience: led the acquisition and integration of two PLM / I4.0 consulting businesses. One with North America HQ and global scope, the other based in the Nordics. Business unit leadership: P&L responsibility for consulting and digital services businesses with UK and global scope. Delivered significant growth and performance improvement organically and through M&A.
