I am a hospitality management professional with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College. I specialize in food and beverage operations with more than 10 years of customer service and hospitality experience while working at an assortment of food service establishments - currently as Director of Food Services for Compass Group overseeing multi-unit operations. Past management experience includes Free-Standing Restaurants, Hotel Restaurants, Room Service, Banquets, Pool Service, Bar Service, and Private Bar. Additionally, I am a Hospitality Management Instructor teaching at the Art Institute of Houston.
