A senior HR practitioner, Aline brings with her extensive experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions. Her HR experiences when at Lion Group include Talent Management & Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and general HR functions. Prior to the Lion Group in 2011, Aline's HR career began at Shell Malaysia, in HR advisory and business partnerships in the areas of compensation & benefits, talent management and employee relations. Her career highlights include developing Shell Malaysia's Graduate Progression Scheme, aimed to align its reward programs with talent development acceleration. She was also awarded by Shell (The East HR Conference) for designing and implementing HR Policies which helped drive improvements in Employee Value Proposition across its businesses.
