Liaising with IT, Business and SOX/PWC teams to ensure common understanding of technology, business process and use of IT systems. * Domain Owner of IT Shared Services responsible for: ArchLink a homegrown Centralized PNC Insurance Platform, Centralized Insurance Forms Development, Document Management and Workflow Systems and CRM. * Primary Architect of core business systems infrastructure. Served as primary Project Manager and Technical Lead for all Business Infrastructure projects. * Successfully designed and deployed Disaster Recovery solutions. Which were regularly tested and verified as part of our SOX reporting. * Implemented and Developed SOX reporting procedures for Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Such as user rights and access reports, disaster recovery test verification procedures and change management process compliance management. * Managed a disaster recovery project for a large on-line retailer’s site. I was able to recover the site in less than a week and then implement long-term solutions to improve the stability and effectiveness of the site. * Served as lead program manager for design and implementation of a corporate Intranet containing more than 65,000 documents and numerous Web-based applications for a Fortune 500 Company. * Designed and Implemented a Large VOIP deployment, culminating in a major costs savings. * Designed and Implemented a Large Network Infrastructure refresh. This provided the company with a higher performing network and established the core infrastructure needed to support VOIP for the company.
