Every day I work very hard to make myself, and those I work with, better marketers, sales people and leaders. I strive for excellence in everything I do, and measure myself not only by my accomplishments, but by the accomplishments of those around me. I take great pride in myself, my team, and the company I work for. I am privileged to work with some of the greatest business talents in the world and am proud to help drive their success. I have created 100s of thought leadership pieces, including white papers and webinars, and have also developed much content through multimedia like video and webcasts. My posts and papers are typically read by tens of thousands and I have presented to thousands at a time, both online and at live events. My most popular speaking topics at present include improving the perception of marketing inside your organization and best practices in Target Account Marketing. Currently I lead Marketing & Sales Development for Apttus, and previously did similar at Marketo. This includes customer advocacy, brand, product marketing, sales development, demand generation, field and events, and account based marketing. I refuse to be a follower. Maybe I am too busy to pay attention to what competitors are doing. I like to believe I’m just always one step ahead and don’t like looking back. The view from the front is better anyway, especially from this roller-coaster.----Member of Topo Demand Generation Council ----I post frequently on Quora - you can see this here: http://www.quora.com/Maria-PergolinoPosts on CustomerThink: http://customerthink.com/author/maria/Posts on MarketingProfs: http://www.marketingprofs.com/authors/1952/maria-pergolinoPosts on Adage: http://adage.com/author/maria-pergolino/588
