Tom Lemrond began his career at age 15 doing affiliate marketing on Google Adwords, Facebook and Myspace for the company Viveli. His performance landed him a full-time position with Viveli's sister company, Social Hour. In which he helped manage affiliates and their international offers.|In 2012, the performance marketing company he was with (Social Hour) was acquired by Playphone Inc to head up their Marketing Division. Immediately after the acquisition, Tom was thrown into the strategy and restructuring of the User Acquisition team. In just 6 months, the team they had put together was able to quadruple Playphone's already large user base.|After his year and a half with the team at Playphone. Tom decided to expand his horizons and instill a knowledge of the brand side of marketing. He had the idea in mind that he could leverage his performance background and bring a new style to Brand Marketing.|This spark of ambition lead him to join the very talented team at the Mobile Agency, Fetch. From the moment he joined, he found himself immersed in a different style of marketing. Without any hesitation, he started providing insight into his unique style of marketing and started to mesh well with the Team.|Within weeks of being there, he helped lead and land Fetch's biggest gaming client to date, Supercell. Leveraging the mix of his gaming and performance background, he found himself deep in the analytics, strategy and optimization process to truly increase Supercell's ROI and scale their campaigns efficiently.|After a 7 month stint with Fetch, Tom received an intriguing offer to join an emerging mobile ad networks Business Development team.
