Applied Systems Inc. was founded by an insurance agency owner named Robert Eustace. He had the idea to use personal computers and relational database technology to automate the day-to-day functions of the independent insurance agency. Our first product, TAM (The Agency Manager), was released in 1983.
After a fantastic career and 36 years with Applied, I’ve made the decision to retire at the end of 2022. I’ve been with Applied since nearly its start in the famous Applied “garage” so it’s been incredible to see the company grow and be a part of the journey (working within the amazing development teams and for the last 16 years within the World Class Support organization). I’m honored to have had the opportunity to work with so many amazing people across our Independent Insurance Channel with wickedly smart and big hearted customers, partners and colleagues.
