I have an extensive track record of driving significant customer led change at all levels, focused on understanding and addressing the customers needs to drive customer lifetime value metrics and deliver business growth I have built and led teams across customer service, data and insight, operations, brand and marketing and business transformation. Creating highly motivated and high performing teams by embedding a culture centred around employee engagement and empowerment. With a creative mind-set, able to think outside of the box, and having a proven track record of delivering system, process and customer improvements, my outputs have resulted in a materially improved Customer Experience, whilst significantly improving colleague engagement at all levels. I thrive in broad roles in fast-moving businesses where I am able to balance strategic and tactical direction in an agile way. I have influenced strategy at C Suite & board level and I am an articulate communicator, acting as the Voice of the Customer in the business.
