Currently employed as a police officer for 7 years, holding certifications in; evidence technician, shooting reconstruction,evidentiary photography. I am an avid crossfitter who loves the competition and constant variance. Recently attended the crossfit level 1 trainer program and I am seeking opportunities to hone my skills as a cfl1 coach. I plan to eventually move on to get my cfl2 and mor specialized training in the crossfit methodology. I am also planning to attend a USAW Olympic lifting certification class this summer.
