Had successful inspections with no deficiencies CHT bonant certification. Dialysis technician 8 years reuse 1 year , I did quality control counted months and weekly. Patient care tech in the Acute, trained staff on equipment manufacture recommendation repaired dialysis equipment , medical equipment annual monitored the water system repairs as needed monthly and quarterly Disinfection on the water system water cultures monthly.Check supplies for expiration dates check for documentation being done by staff and In services as needed drills and repairs to building needs
