In 2001, a group of about 200 advisors from several different companies came together to form American Portfolios. The goal was to create a truly independent financial services firm where advisors are free to choose the best investments for their clients without the pressures that come with a firm pushing their own proprietary products. As a Senior Managing Director and founding member of American Portfolios, I am responsible for recruiting, affiliating, transitioning, and supervising independent financial advisors. I am a top producing manager for American Portfolios and have held that distinction for the past 14 years. As a Certified Financial Planner, I am responsible for managing client assets through investments that I feel are in the best interest of my clients. Tax planning, retirement and estate planning are all important aspects of my planning practice.
