With 20 years of real-world construction experience and knowledge of various methods of dealing with commercial and schedule disputes, I specialize in providing commercial, scheduling and claims support to owners, developers and contractors on pre-construction, live and post contract matters, including those currently in litigation. I have worked on various infrastructure, healthcare, industrial, commercial and residential projects located in Canada (Ontario, Alberta, New Brunswick, Manitoba and British Columbia) UK (North West, London and South East), and The Netherlands. Working as a scheduler since 1997, I have extensive experience providing schedule support to large projects, leading teams of schedulers and working on multi-site projects that require extensive coordination including fund considerations and the impact of cash-flow on the overall delivery schedule. As a scheduler, I also have experience using Oracle Primavera software and specialize in design, procurement and delivery risk analysis, complete schedule management and control.
