As a collaborative and transformational executive leader, I have extensive experience driving engagement and productivity in global businesses through people-first growth initiatives. During my career at Allied Electronics & Automation, I have served as a visionary change agent, leveraging my end-to-end understanding of the business to drive strategic vision, create stability and cohesion, and champion diversity of thought. As the company’s President of the Americas, I draw upon my influence, business instincts, and leadership skills to make critical decisions, build consensus, and implement winning strategies that drive revenue. I am recognized as someone who makes good companies great, building high-performing teams and leading mindset shifts that yield a long-lasting impact. A few notable accomplishments of which I am incredibly proud include: •Implementing a groundbreaking strategy that entailed changing 60% of the leadership team and building a new team of talented, high-performing change agents. This facilitated revenue growth at 2X the market rate. •Expanding the distribution center by adding new automation and developing capabilities for new product introductions. •Adopting a non-traditional approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) focused on promoting diversity of thought and ideas. •Demonstrating the ability to influence, lead, and build consensus with confidence.
