I am an Sanford Brown graduate (Class of 2012) with a Certification in Medical Assisting. I have a concentration in Medical Assisting; however, my ideal occupation would be in the field of Nursing one day. I also am experienced in Customer Service, Child Care, and Pet Care. I enjoy writing & have won several accolades, including an essay contest while in High School. While in college, I was exposed to Human Anatomy, Medical Terminology, Urinalysis, and phlebotomy, which were mock examples of what I could expect while working in the Health Field, this came quite easy to me. I hope to one day work for a reputable hospital, where I can utilize my already obtained skills, as well as continue to grown & learn. I have been employed for aproximately four years. The ability to maintain a job throughout both my high school & college careers has allowed me to, not only pay for my secondary education for an EMT certification & gain a sense of pride & responsibility but, become an extremely hard worker & put my all in every task that I am assigned. I will always get my work done diligently & efficiently. My leadership roles while volunteering for The American Red Cross, during Hurricane Sandy providing relief to affected individuals and families, has contributed to my ability to be a team player, which is an important attribute in any business. Specialties:I am a fast learner. I am computer literate and familiar with both Mac and PC softwares. I am a team player, a trait that has flourished since benign my volunteer service with the American Red Cross.
