I have a B.S. in Finance with a specialization in investment management and a M.A. in Applied Economics from the University of Alabama. I served 4 years on active duty in the U.S. Army Special Operations Command as a Psychological Operations Specialist where I utilized my analytical skills to persuade, change, and influence foreign target audiences in order to achieve U.S. national objectives. Currently, I work at Alfa Insurance as a data modeler where I utilize Teradata and CA Erwin on a daily basis to translate business requirements into conceptual, logical and physical data models. I have performed predictive modeling in SAS to predict severity and frequency of insurance claims, determine the likelihood of drivers having demerits on their Motor Vehicle Report, and calculate customer persistency. I have experience in logistic, multivariate, and glm modeling.
