Contributions have included characterization of nonlinear channels with memory and the design of DSP algorithms to mitigate such effects, beam forming algorithms for phased arrays, digital phase lock loop design, link-budget analysis as a driver of wide-band digital communication system design, satellite attitude determination and ballistic missile parameter estimation integrating EOIR and RADAR data. A recipient of Northrop Grumman's Presidential Leadership Award -- the highest technical achievement award given by Northrop Grumman to members of its technical staff.
