I highly value my long standing, loyal and trusted relationships with clients, candidates and employees - collaboration is at the heart of everything I do. Diversity and inclusion in the workplace is also something I’m passionate about, as inclusive workplaces definitely create more effective outcomes. I am a strong advocate for bridging the gap between education and work life by introducing young people to the workplace from an early age and partnering with educational establishments to maximise opportunities for students from all socio-economic backgrounds. How I act and how I lead is based on six values: having a strong work ethic, being resilient, making a decision, having a clear plan, empowering others and always be consistently fair.
