I was given a BBC Micro 'Model B' at the age of eight. I've rarely been away from a keyboard since. I am a technically adept leader with twenty years of experience in the IT industry, capable of creating strong, international teams that deliver complex projects to internal and external clients on time and on budget. With a strong business acumen, I have provided consultancy and Managed Services for some of the biggest names in retail and technology. I’ve enjoyed being at the forefront of the Virtualisation, Cloud and DevOps revolutions. Having extensive experience of technologies such as Puppet and Chef, and leading change through DevOps, has given me insight into how best these technologies can be applied and the business benefit they can bring. I strongly believe that technology should deliver quantifiable value to an organisation. And that people are truly a company’s strongest asset.
