Active Ride Shop provides the best product and service in the mail order business, but our roots go way beyond that. Since 1989, we have been committed to providing Southern California with the best retail experience possible through our many Southern California retail locations. What we started in a small store in Chino, California, through hard work and dedication to our customers, has expanded throughout Southern California. We have taken these same philosophies to our mail order business across the United States.

I have the ability to light a fire within those around me, my passion is contagious, and my resolve is ferocious. My humility is my greatest strength. I started at Active as a seasonal employee (base level) and quickly climbed the ranks. Within a year of working my first retail job, I became a store manager for Active. With the help of a great team, I was able to bring success into a struggling store. After my second year of managing, I started to get involved in marketing initiatives by launching our first ever Pop-up store in Pasadena. Through that experience, I grew and learned tactics on how to penetrate new markets. After my time in Pasadena, I went on to run two of our highest volume stores. The lessons I learned continued to shape my growth. In December of 2014, after an excellent holiday season, I was offered and accepted a position in the marketing department. I came into the marketing department with ambitious goals. Within my first year, I presented a plan that would add half a million dollars in revenue through new marketing initiatives. Through the use of community engagement events and a compelling Black Friday campaign that drove stores to post up to 400% increases, I was able to surpass my goal and add $600,000 of new revenue in 2015. Today I am proud to implement some of my ideas company wide in order to help other stores succeed. At the retail level, I left behind a strong network of ambitious individuals. Surely my greatest success at Active thus far as been the talent I have been able to mentor. They continue a strong culture of winning as a community. I have always preached that we are communal beings and either succeed or fail as a unit.
