Over 12 years’ experience in industry professional with vast knowledge in banking and strategic business management and has been active in the field of training and education development for the last 6 years. working closely and consulting with stakeholders to provide support and services and to consult on the development and ongoing review of qualifications. Particularly involved in the development and implementation of stakeholder support for Computer-Based Exams; creating and implementing strategic operational processes, coaching and developing employees. Providing technical assistance and management services to various universities and learning institutions in Zambia and the public sector.Leading the initialization and implementation of commercial framework initiatives by ensuring the quality –gate criteria and performance targets are enhanced with both local and international universities in Zambia. In addition, developing and rolling out interventions that improves students’ access to quality of tuition provision and the general performance of students in exams. Providing leadership and support for strategic professional computer based exams project implementation in Africa for ACCA. A holder of MBA in Management Strategy and a Bachelor of Arts with Education both from the University of Zambia. In addition, serving as a culture change champion for ACCA Zambia office.
