7 Cups is a website which provides free support to people experiencing emotional distress by connecting them with trained listeners.

A hardworking and enthusiastic individual with first hand knowledge and experience of dealing with both children and adults suffering from various physical and mental health conditions. I feel that my greatest strengths are firstly my unique passion and insight into mental health which enables me to empathise with clients and families alike. Secondly my ability to communicate both effectively and efficiently with staff in order to support fellow colleagues as well as clients in a friendly yet professional manner. Extremely committed to the promotion of client welfare and supporting individuals and their carers with recovering from or coming to terms with their illness in order to maximise their life potential.
