My professional experience spans global client leadership, account management and strategic talent/people operations leadership, working with and at world renowned brands and creative agencies in the US and UK. Throughout my career I've been very fortunate to have worked alongside, partnered with and learned from some of the most creative and generous people - this is something I try to pay forward every day through my work. Born and raised in Istanbul at the intersection of many cultures, I lived in Boston, New York, London and now call Los Angeles home. As a first generation immigrant and a white passing minority, my multicultural lived experiences help bring an expansive perspective in life and in my work. I strive to bring humility, curiosity and compassion to all I do, in service of helping to create opportunities and environments where people can be their best selves to do their best work.
