I am passionate about ensuring a company has the right people in the right jobs with the right managment. Having worked many years as an employment lawyer I am now on the other side of the fence working within HR. I like working both operationally and strategically with a wide range of HR issues, always being close to the business. Having worked abroad and both within private and publicly listed employers, I have quite a broad range of experience. My aim is to always be pragmatic, try to see solutions and try new things. "Why not?" is my motto :-) One of my great passions is diversity - seeing the potential in people, believing in people and investing in people. I like people to succeed, and if they suceed the company will succeed.
