Current MBA and Master in Environmental Management candidate at Yale School of Management and School of the Environment. Over my 7 years at Zignal Labs, where I led our effort to centralize Business Operations, I gained extensive experience in Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations. I focused on scaling teams for success in high-growth companies that sell complex enterprise products. Expertise structuring all customer-facing departments to be efficient, communicate effectively, and invest deeply in building the right team of individuals. Highlights include: - Hired as first non-engineering employee at Zignal; instrumental in scaling from 10 to 100+ employees - As Senior Manager of Customer Operations, directly supported and created workflow process for 60% of company employees - Managed team of 3 including Sales Operations and Enablement - Individually recognized by Salesforce as a four-time Dreamforce speaker - Recently joined the Zignal’s Product team, in a position created for me - Fulbright Scholar located in Taiwan - Proficient in Mandarin Chinese I am passionate about effective human communication and believe that common language enables us to work better as individuals and teams. Improving communication is the foundation behind much of what I do. From day one, I implemented and took ownership over our Salesforce instance and architected it over the years to support every step of company growth. In addition to supporting our sales model, it provides a shared structure for communication across the company. Our organization has many locations across the US, but our cohesive approach to SFDC enables people in different places, different teams and different perspectives to easily align and build together from that shared vocabulary.
