He actively manages XDBS, a company that he setup back in 2011 which is now over 1800 people strong and growing each year. It has delivery offices in India, Philippines, USA & Costa Rica. Results-driven leader: adept at building high-performance global teams. Proven track record of over achievement while working at both small & large enterprises. Hands-on, in-the-trenches, sales management that is adept at capturing new business. Successful background with various companies shows an ability to function effectively with established and new business models, create very productive new sales teams and execute on planned sales strategy. Been serially successful entire career both as an individual contributor and as a sales manager. Professional with experience in heading IT & ITeS market development activities. Have initiated and executed company’s core global business development plans, including market development, research study, inside sales planning, operations & closures. Majority focus on the SMB class accounts with solution selling approach across all geographies. Kartik has worked closely with prospects/clients to understand their needs and mapped to deliveries & migration.
