I enjoy being able to leverage 10+ years of Support Desk and System Administration, along with classic Apple customer services training, to provide the best solution to people and get them back up and running. Outside of work I use my theatre degree to run and produce a top 100 Actual Play/Real Play podcast with a cast of 8.
