Keri has provided strategic Human Resources direction throughout her 20-year career at VHB and focuses on the firm’s most important priority—its people. She leads VHB’s People and Culture team, which encompasses Human Resources, Communications, and Graphic Design, and focuses on delivering sophisticated engagement programs to inspire VHB’s people and maintain the company’s culture and brand. Keri is responsible for retaining and attracting the best and brightest to VHB. She oversees employment, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, benefit and wellness programs, HRIS, and compliance. Under Keri’s direction, VHB has built a state of the art recruiting program, which includes online tools and extensive use of social and digital media. Keri works collaboratively with her counterparts on the executive committee to foster VHB’s generational company philosophy, core values, and culture. Keri earned her Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Theatre from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN and holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College in Boston.
