In my role as an Agile Delivery Manager I built up three full feature teams split over Brisbane and Melbourne that enable technology to achieve business outcomes by delivering key core system and integration projects faster, leaner and more often with in Tabcorp after the recent merger with Tatts. I am skilled in Agile Methodologies, People-, Project-, Stakeholder- and Budget Management. I am always learning and have been taking advantage of the LinkedIn/Lynda course subscriptions and attending workshops that will help me in my career, and even my personal life as demonstrated by recent acquisition of the advanced diplomas in both nutrition and sport nutrition. As part of my Masters of IT Leadership studies with Deakin University I am finally gaining recognition for my skills in the form of credentials in the areas of communication, critical thinking, digital literacy, global citizenship, innovation, problem solving, professional ethics, self-management and teamwork.
